Description
An encouraging greetings card featuring an original textile collage.
The original textile collage was inspired by the words from the old Horatio G. Spafford hymn 'It Is Well With My Soul'. It inspired a little doodle in my sketchbook which was then recreated in fabric and thread. Beautiful old pieces of linen and lace were collaged together before being hand-printed, appliqued and embellished with embroidery.
The original embroidery has been digitally printed and made into a greeting card ready to pop in the post to a special someone. Blank inside for your own lovely words!
Printed onto 300gsm soft white card, and packaged with a white envelope in a clear celo bag. Cards are 127x177mm and envelopes 133x184mm.
